How fast can I get started?
Signup takes a few minutes. We verify your eligibility by matching your corporate email to your owned site, then your account is provisioned. Data hydration for your competitors can take up to 24 hours but it's usually ready in 4-6 business hours, and your first market brief usually lands within a day.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
We charge the card on file $499 and you're on a month-to-month subscription. Cancel before day seven inside the app and you're not charged. Cancel any time after and your access runs through the end of the current billing cycle.
Do I need IT or security approval?
For a single seat, almost never. ShopVision Starter runs in your browser, integrations are OAuth, and we don't move your data anywhere we don't need to. If your team asks for documentation, our security pack is ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Self-serve cancel inside the app. Cancel during the trial and you're not charged. Cancel after and your access runs to the end of the current billing cycle.
Can I add teammates or track more competitors later?
Yes to both. ShopVision Starter caps at five monitored competitors and one seat. To add teammates or competitors, upgrade to Core from your account settings or talk to your account team.
Who's eligible for ShopVision Starter?
Verified brands and retailers. We confirm your identity by matching your corporate email to an owned website during signup. ShopVision Starter isn't available to agencies, ISVs, consultants, or competing platforms.
