Pricing changes, promotional moves, and MAP violations arrive in the right channel at the right time, without requiring anyone to pull data manually.
Typical setup
ShopVision connects to Teams through a standard webhook configuration. Once connected, alerts and briefings are routed to the channels and team members you specify. Enterprise Teams environments with stricter app policies may require IT approval before setup. Once approved, configuration takes under 15 minutes.
Briefing cadence and alert thresholds are set from within the ShopVision platform.
