What’s grilling season without some cheesy stuffed peppers? Well, we don’t quite know because these Grilled Stuffed Banana Peppers are at EVERY carne asada! 🔥 Ingredients: - 6-8 large Banana peppers - 7oz V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese shred Directions: 1. Wash the banana peppers and carefully cut a slit lengthwise down one side of each pepper. Remove the seeds and membranes. 2. Carefully stuff each banana pepper with V&V Supremo® Chihuahua® Brand Cheese, filling each pepper completely without overstuffing. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
