Did you know oatmeal is a terrible breakfast food? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re just dumping sugar into it, then yeah - definitely. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But add high-quality grass-fed whey from @transparentlabs for protein, greek yogurt for probiotics, chia seeds for fiber, and berries for micronutrients... and now you’ve got a high protein, high fiber, actually satiating breakfast. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Anyone who’s told you oatmeal is bad for you probably isn’t building it right. Save this for your next meal prep. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Ingredients: - 50g rolled or instant oats - 160ml liquid of choice (I used water) - 100g 2% greek yogurt - 1 scoop whey protein isolate @transparentlabs (vanilla is my favorite) - 20g chia seeds - Salt to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 485 cal | 49P | 47C | 12F | 12 fiber ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #highprotein #macros #breakfast #guthealth #healthy

Supplementing shouldn’t be complicated, but it often times is. If you’re new to training, the sheer volume of supplement advice out there can feel overwhelming. Protein and creatine are the obvious foundations of most supplement stacks, but there are a few other science-backed staples most people should be considering. Watch our full breakdown with Evan Holmes | Evidence-Based Fitness Coach on YouTube now. Link in bio 🔗

5 non-negotiables to build your glutes 🤭🤝✨ The biggest results come from mastering the basics- not constantly chasing new exercises. My go-to movements: • Hip thrusts 4x8-10 • Barbell reverse lunge 3x6-8 per leg • Romanian deadlift 3x8-10 • Glute abductions 3x12-15 • Cable kickbacks 3x12 The magic isn’t in doing more. It’s in doing the basics really well, showing up every week, and progressively overloading over time :) Master these movements, stay patient, and let the results come !! Fueled by @transparentlabs new lean pre workout in the flavour raspberry hibiscus 🤭🍓🫐

The one supplement I swear by and recommend to all my clients? Creatine. Specifically @transparentlabs Creatine HMB. You already know the benefits of creatine: strength gains, better recovery, more output in your training sessions. But making sure your creatine includes HMB is what takes it to another level. HMB stands for beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate, a compound your body naturally produces when breaking down the amino acid leucine. Supplementing with it helps reduce muscle breakdown and speeds up recovery, so you’re not just building strength, you’re protecting the muscle you’re working so hard to build. When I started using this brand and product, I noticed drastic changes in my ability to train hard and recover faster. It’s like I unlocked a new level in my training, and I didn’t change anything else, just added this in. You guys know I’m not someone who pushes supplements. So when I do suggest one, it’s because I truly value it and it’s something I personally take every single day. Of course, you can’t supplement your way out of a poor lifestyle. But if you already have everything dialed in and you’re looking for that extra edge, you should look into Creatine HMB by @transparentlabs #muscle #creatine #supplements #strengthtraining #fitness
