• Gloves off at Aragón GP: A series of aggressive (but fair) overtakes helps Marc Márquez secure the double victory at the Spanish round. The reigning champ now trails the current points leader, Aprilia's Jorge Martín, by just 19 points. •Marco Bezzecchi also gained ground on Martín, finishing runner-up in Saturday's Sprint Race and third in Sunday's Grand Prix. Despite sustaining collarbone and knee injuries at the German GP, Bez has fought through the pain, achieving consistent results in the last two rounds. He now sits just 24 points behind Martín in the standings. •Pedro Acosta's first MotoGP victory continues to elude the 22-year-old KTM rider. Although he clung to the tail of Marc Márquez's Ducati throughout portions of the Aragón GP, he couldn't overtake the seven-time MotoGP champion. Acosta ultimately settled for his eighth second-place finish in the Premier Class. •After a one-week hiatus, MotoGP will return for the San Marino Grand Prix September 11-13. Can Márquez or Bezzecchi supplant Martín at the top of the standings? Can Acosta get his first race win?
