‘Thin Man’ Arborvitae and ‘Puffer Fish ‘Hydrangea were both from @greatgardenplants in Spring 2025. The hydrangeas were in a quart size container and the arborvitaes containers weren’t much bigger. Here we are 1 year later and I’m blown away by how much they’ve grown🥹 to think this garden is only 2&1/2 years old..it gets me excited when plants grow so quickly!! Do you grow either of these in your garden? #gardeninspiration #formalcottagegarden #gardendesign #cutflowergarden #hydrangeaseason

Get more out of your hydrangeas! 🌱🌿 In the summer garden, Incrediball Storm Proof™ Smooth Hydrangea blooms bright white, but the show doesn’t stop there. After peak blooms, this hydrangea extends its flower display by transitioning to a refreshing green. Once the green begins to appear, the flowers take on a paper-like texture, which is perfect for cutting some of the flowers to dry and enjoy in the fall. 👉 Which phase would you enjoy more: white or green? ▶️ Check out our previous video showcasing Incrediball Storm Proof™ Smooth Hydrangea to see what it looks like with pure white flowers! #gardendesignideas #hydrangeaseason #privacyhedge #hydrangeahedge #gardenplants

Why enjoy one native plant when you can enjoy two! 🐝🌱 Milkweed is a native perennial with nectar-filled flowers that bloom in summer. Contrasting tubular bee balm flowers make this a great plant pairing in sunny gardens, with both easy-care perennials attracting pollinators throughout the season.
