It all started with just a house. But a year+ later, this place looks a liiiiittle different! So many new spaces, each one built from the ground up by the most hardworking team that continues to amaze us 🚜 So much more to come!

The last two and a half days meant more to me — and to our whole team — than I know how to put into words. And anyone who knows me knows I am never short on words. When we started planning our first-ever Farmgirl Design Summit, the idea was simple: get the people doing the hard work at our partner farms and bouquet facilities across the country in one room, in person, together with us for the first time. And honestly? We weren’t sure it would work. We hoped it would be meaningful, but there was a very real chance we were just asking a lot of very busy people to travel a very long way for a maybe. But we decided to go for it and see what happened. So we invited our U.S.-based farm and bouquet partners to the Farm Quarters for some design education, some Farmgirl history, and (hopefully!) some fun. It turned out to be so much better than anything we could have hoped for. These are the people who help bring Farmgirl bouquets to life every single day. We spend hours together on Zoom, WhatsApp, and the phone. We send more emails than I can count, solve more problems than we’d wish on anyone, and move Farmgirl fast — but we almost never get to slow down. Sit at the same table. Share a meal. Learn from each other. Just be people together. Getting to welcome everyone here, show them what we’re building, and thank them face-to-face? There isn’t a word for what that was worth. They traveled from near — and mostly far — to spend these past few days with us, and I don’t take that lightly. Farmgirl has never been built by one person, or even one team. It takes an extraordinary group of growers, makers, designers, and partners who care deeply about doing things well. This week, I got to hug a whole bunch of them. We’re leaving inspired, grateful, and more connected than ever to the people who make all of this possible. Our hearts are very, very full.
